Why can’t I add a client to a showing?
If you're having trouble adding a client to a showing, it’s usually due to your phone’s permission settings.
Check your permissions
To add clients to showings, Tether needs access to:
- Contacts (set to Full Access)
- Location services (enabled)
How to update your settings
- Open your phone’s Settings
- Search for Tether
- Tap on the app
- Make sure:
- Contacts → Full Access
- Location → Enabled
Try again
After updating your permissions:
- Return to the Tether app
- Try adding your client to the showing again
