How do I reset my safety pin?

Your Safety PIN is a 4-digit code used to verify your identity and dismiss non-emergency alerts. You can update your Safety PIN at any time from your account settings.

💻 On the web portal:

1. Log in to your account: https://portal.tetherre.com/login

2. Go to Safety Settings

3. Under Safety PIN Configuration:

   • Enter a new 4-digit PIN in the Safety PIN field

   • Re-enter it in Verify Safety PIN

4. Click Save Safety Settings

📱 On the mobile app:

1. Open the Tether app

2. Go to your Profile

3. Tap Settings

4. Select Safety PIN

5. Enter and confirm your new PIN
