How do I update my background photo (custom branding)?
You can customize your account branding by updating your background photo in the web portal.
This image appears in the app for both you and your clients.
Step-by-step instructions (web portal)
- Log in to your account:
👉 https://portal.tetherre.com/login - Go to your Profile
- Find the Background Photo section
- Click the edit (✏️) icon on the image
- Upload your desired image from your device
- Preview how it will appear
- Click Save Background Photo
Where will this appear?
Your background photo will be visible:
- On your app home screen
- On your clients’ view of the app
- As part of your overall branding experience
