How do I create a showing?

You can create a showing and add a buyer directly from the Showings section in the Tether web portal.

Step 1: Create a new showing

1. Go to Showings from the left menu
2. Enter a Title for your showing
3. Select a Scheduled date
4. Click Save

Step 2: Add a buyer

1. Click + Add Buyer
2. Select a buyer from your list
   • (You’ll see them appear under the showing once added)

Step 3: Add properties (homes)

1. Click + Add Home
2. Add the properties for the showing

Optional: Route your showing

• Click Route by schedule to organize your showing route

Step 4: Save your showing

• Click Save to confirm all changes

What happens next?

Once your showing is set up:

• An invitation is sent to your buyer
• The buyer must accept the invitation to be fully added to the showing
• Once accepted, they’ll be connected to the showing and able to participate
• You can manage homes and routes
• Everything will be available during your showing experience in the app
